Serge Cloutier is a certified hockey coach with extensive experience in minor hockey. He coached for Novice to Midget levels for over 10 years and federated referee during 4 years.


WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

Our monitors provide advices to the players on various technical and tactical aspects.

The hockey player's creativity is greatly encouraged since the players are playing with no pressure and with no game plan.

The hockey players will learn and integrate various 4 against 4 situations that are frequent during the regular season and during the playoffs which will help it`s visioning.

During a game, we ask the players to switch positions defense and forward) which increase its level of flexibility.

In addition to strengthen his/her resistance, the hockey player will improve its technical abilities like puck handling, shooting & passing, skating, crossing, and turning & pivoting.


WHERE DO WE PLAY THE GAMES?

From September to March we play our games at the Branchaud-Briere Arena located in Gatineau

In April and May we play our games at the Cholette arena.


WHICH GROUPS/LEVELS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY ?

For the CHILDRENategory, we accept boys and girls (4-12 years old) who have never played in any organized league and also those who have played in MAHG, Novice, Atom and Pee Wee categories.

For the WOMEN category, we accept women 18+ year old who have never played hockey and also those who are intermediate.

For the MENS category we accept mens 30+ years old who never played or played at the non competitive level.

We balance all teams with appropriate number of beginners and intermediate players.


ARE THE TEAM BALANCED?

Yes. We always balance the teams with an equal number of players that were playing during the season in the categories A, B, C and recreational.

Players could be switched during the first 4 games to ensure that all teams are will balanced.
